The title follows the person

We recruit for capability, not corporate vocabulary.

An experienced fabricator may not think of themselves as a corporate CEO. They may still be exactly the person capable of leading the business.

Externally, roles use practical titles. Internally, the accountable operating leader is treated with CEO-level responsibility for the venture.
