The donor is inspected, photographed and documented. Mechanical, electrical, collision and safety work is completed before cosmetic transformation begins.
Model-specific structural work, brackets, mounts and custom components are fabricated to the approved build specification. Every modification is designed around the actual donor—not a generic rendering.
Panels are aligned, surfaces prepared and the final finish applied. Paint, trim, wheels, graphics and selected upgrades are completed as one coordinated specification.
Before delivery, the completed 909 receives a final inspection, road test, build-file review and customer presentation. Remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
